About this coffee
Ethyl Acetate is a process of decaf that uses a sugarcane method. Sourced primarily from the highlands of Chiapas and Veracruz, this coffee is noted for its sweet, citrusy orange and lemon-lime flavor profile, creamy body, and milk chocolate finish.
Because the compound is derived from sugarcane rather than a harsh solvent, far more of the coffee survives the process than in a standard decaf.
