This website is operated by Lucky's Coffee Roasters. By visiting this site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced here.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders colour accurately. Coffee is an agricultural product and lots vary between harvests.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material here is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

We undertake no obligation to update any information on this site, except as required by law.

Payment is processed by Square on their own secure hosted checkout. By placing an order you agree to Square's terms in addition to these. We never receive or store your full card details.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for every purchase.

A subscription bills on the cadence you chose, at the price shown when you started it, until you stop it. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.

You may skip, change or stop a subscription at any time by replying to any email from us. A delivery that has already been roasted and dispatched cannot be recalled, and is treated as a normal order under our refund policy.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload or transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature, to collect or track the personal information of others, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any of these.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, whether at our request or not, we may use, edit, copy and publish them without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you or keep them confidential.

You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of a third party, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The service and all products delivered to you through it are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

In no case shall Lucky's Coffee Roasters, our directors, officers, employees or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any product procured using it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky's Coffee Roasters from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use the site.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these terms by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
