About this coffee
Zakayo Murauki M'Anampiu — Mumu — farms seven acres in Tangata Ward, Meru County, at a thousand metres. This is the first harvest from his farm that we have brought to market, and we are proud of it.
Ruiru 11 and SL28, wet processed and double washed, dried on raised beds and triple sorted. For pour over, we brew it between 200 and 210°F on a V60 or a Kalita Wave.
