About this coffee
A natural, or dry, process coffee — the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry. The result is heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.
Brazil is the largest coffee producer on the globe, supplying roughly a third of the world's coffee. This lot comes from Mogiana, Sul de Minas or Cerrado, grown between 800 and 1,300 metres.
