Why we do not have an order minimum
Most roasters make you commit to volume before they will talk. We think that gets it backwards.

We work with small businesses, pop-up carts, large cafes and corporate offices. Some partners take two bags a week. Some take pallets. Both get the same phone number and the same answer.
There is no order minimum. There never has been.
Why minimums exist
A minimum is a roaster protecting themselves from the admin cost of a small account. It is a reasonable thing to want. It is also the reason a lot of good cafes are pouring mediocre coffee: the roasters they wanted to work with would not talk to them until they were already big enough not to need help.
What we do instead
We automate the admin and keep the conversation. A two-bag account costs us almost nothing to serve because the ordering, the invoicing and the delivery schedule are handled — so the only human time involved is the part that actually matters, which is helping you dial in and training your staff.
What partners get
Direct trade green roasted to order in Claremont. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly delivery, changed whenever your volume changes. Comprehensive barista training, equipment support and continuing education. Custom blends and custom bags developed with our roasting team. And a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if a delivery is not right, we make it right. That is the whole policy.
What we will want to know
Roughly what volume you go through and what equipment you are on. If you do not know yet, say so — plenty of our partners started with a question rather than a number.
Someone gets back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
